Hélène is French but has been living and working in the United Kingdom, most recently in Berkshire, for over thirty years. Hélène offers an extensive international business experience. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach-Mentor and Facilitator, Hélène worked in Marketing, Sales, Finance and New product Development in multinational organisations.
Hélène believes all individuals can unlock more potential and is passionate about empowering them to develop a deeper level of self awareness and encouraging them to take ownership of their own development.
Hélène tailors her approach to the needs of the individual within the context of the organisation. She is creative whist pragmatic, providing time and space for clients to reflect, explore and practice in a safe environment. Throughout the process Hélène supports, challenges her clients and provides them with constructive feedback. Hélène has successfully worked with clients across a range of organisations coaching clients on: leadership development, career progression, as well as specific areas such as work/life balance, confidence building, skills development, dealing with issues holding clients back.

Since leaving the corporate environment, Hélène has been working in partnership with organisations where she brings her unique blend of international business experience, expertise as an accredited coach-mentor, creativity and her ability to work at all levels in two languages.
More recently Hélène has helped internal coaches offering both supervision and enabling them to reflect on the internal supervisory needs of their organisation.
Hélène is a member the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and abides by its code of ethics. She is also the co-author of From Contact to Advocate – the 7 steps approach to developing referral relationships. Dedicated to achieving and promoting excellence in coaching, Hélène collaborates widely with other coaches within the industry.
