Ann is known for her quiet yet targeted questioning, using an individual approach with each client to enable them to find out what really makes them tick, what they want to achieve and what success means to them. Ann creates a safe space to explore and ‘think the unthinkable’ as she challenges them to reach their full potential.

Using skills gained in the workplace and beyond, Ann is able to ensure that clients feel ‘listened to’ and that in turn enables her to ask the tough questions and then bring confidence and passion back into the equation.

Ann works with individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their full potential and feel confident to rise to the challenges they face in an increasingly fast-paced world. Using a holistic approach Ann encourages clients to look outside their immediate challenges at work.

Ann has a special interest in performance management; working with those who are assessed as ‘underperforming’ to understand how they are perceived by others, what is going on for them and helping them to develop in a way that benefits themselves, their peers, managers and the organisation.

Ann is passionate about ensuring people are in the right job and enabling their true talent and unique skills to be demonstrated and developed thus increasing their contribution to their organisation and having a positive ROI.

Before specialising as an executive coach, Ann worked in marketing, firstly specialising in customer service, then moving on to product management including major product withdrawal campaigns in the telecoms sector. Ann then worked in the financial services in Direct Marketing, responsible for customer acquisition in the healthcare sector, before becoming a marketing consultant specialising in customer research. Ann has also worked in recruitment and in the third sector using her coaching skills with disabled teenagers. Ann is committed to her own personal development via training, group work and supervision and also designates time for pro-bono coaching in the third sector.
