Because he believes inspiration and excellence come from a strong sense of purpose and an effective roadmap, these enduring themes are at the core of Alastair’s work: exploring, clarifying, and planning – awareness and learning leading to fresh thinking, more options, better choices.
Dave has 40 years’ experience of working for major international organisations in the IT industry. For more the 10 years, he has partnered with the senior leaders of a global networking equipment manufacturer to drive sales excellence, achieve successful change and deliver results by developing the Technical, Sales and Leadership capabilities of their sales force.

Ann has over 20 years’ experience of marketing, coaching and consulting, which has given her the foundation for pinpointing what she calls ‘the frustration of un-mined potential’ within both individuals, teams and corporations.
Hélène is French but has been living and working in the United Kingdom, most recently in Berkshire, for over thirty years. Hélène offers an extensive international business experience. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach-Mentor and Facilitator, Hélène worked in Marketing, Sales, Finance and New product Development in multinational organisations.
